We remind you that during the training on Saturday 18/5, nutritional sessions will be conducted by Bioiatriki. Athletes should be accompanied by at least one parent. For the body fat measurement to take place, athletes should not have consumed a large meal 2-3 hours prior and should not have consumed liquids 1 hour before the measurement.
Important Notes:
- All athletes and Junior Coaches must be at the courts 15 minutes before the start of the training
- All athletes and Junior Coaches must come to training dressed in sports clothes and shoes. Please note that there will be no access to dressing rooms in order to change clothes.
